Farms

We are working with Kahumana Organic Farms to help them grow their own mango seeds they process through their community kitchen to grow root stock, graft, and install 200 mango tree varieties - allowing them to increase their mango production by using varieties that extend the seasonal harvest and doubling their orchard size using high-density, trellis planting methods, and various alley cropping practices. Kahumana farmers and interns are also increasing their capacity to graft, grow and maintain high-production, quality fruit trees.
